After over a decade of planning and collaboration, Century Communities breaks ground on The Village at Landmark — a private gated community of sophisticated single-family homes coming to the Denver Tech Center.
The June 25 cover printed a photograph from the June 4, 2026 groundbreaking, picturing Brittany Wall (Division President, Century Communities), Jim Francescon (Executive Vice President), Todd Baker (Regional President), Greenwood Village Mayor George Lantz, and Rob Francescon (Chief Executive Officer and President, Century Communities). This digital package does not reproduce that photograph.
The print package said homes are expected to start from $1.7 million: 90 single-family homes, a gated enclave, rooftop decks, private elevators, 3-car garages, and a walkable DTC location. Pages 8–9 said homes are anticipated to sell from $1.7 to $3 million, 3,280–4,500 sq. ft., and 3–7 bedrooms. Project site: villageatlandmark.com.
